So you think you can dance?

For those of you who've grooved to the excellent mashup vid of Russian soldiers "breakdancing" to Run-DMC's "It's Like That", here's the original video, which is has about a minute-thirty more dancing than the It's Like That version and is in color, though the music isn't nearly as good.


Also worth watching, from the same original film, are the Dance of the Cossaks and Zaporozhian Cossak Writing a Letter to the Turkish Sultan videos.

(If you want to see these with a larger picture, you can find the .WMV files from which the YouTube videos were derived at dancilla.com, along with a thousand or two other dance videos. And what do you know, if you just love the dance moves of WWII-era Russian soldiers that much, a DVD of the entire 71-minute original film can be yours for the low, low price of $19.99)
