Meme: Movie soundtrack of your life

The movie soundtrack for your life. The rules:

1. Put your music player of choice on shuffle
2. Scene one = first song played, scene two = second, &c.
3. No cheating/skipping
4. Pass it on

[Note: Some of the scene titles given here were altered to taste by wheeler; the "a.k.a." scene titles are the originals.]

Since kateshort and I share a playlist, some of these aren't songs I've actually ever heard before. Which is arguably almost as much "cheating" as skipping a song would be.

Opening Credits
Lies - Thompson Twins (3:14)
[Any movie of my life is going to be all lies anyway, so why not be up front about it?]

Waking Up
Don't Go - Hothouse Flowers (3:49)
[Never heard the song before, seems like a decent "waking up" song]

An Ordinary Day
Alabama Song (Whisky Bar) - The Doors (3:20)
[Oh right. Like "whisky" and "an ordinary day" have ever been even in the same time zone in my life.]

Falling in Love
I Ran (so far away) - Flock of Seagulls (3:46)
["I walked along the avenue / I never thought I'd meet a girl like you"]

The Rumble
Back to the Rivers of Belief - Enigma (10:32)
[Another I've never heard before. It seems to basically be an extended slowed-down variation on the alien tones from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Not really "rumble" music at all, even interpreted in an ironic mode]

The Break-Up
Fortunate Son - John Fogerty (4:11)
["It ain't me!"]

Getting Back Together
Country House - Blur (3:57)
[There's another complete miss, topicwise]

Life is Good Montage [a.k.a. Life's Okay]
Turn on Your Love Light - Grateful Dead (6:41)
[Not one I've ever heard, but there's nothing like getting a nice long GD "feel-good" song for a happy montage]

The Breakdown [a.k.a. The Mental Breakdown]
U Can't Touch This - Beam vs. Cyrus, featuring MC Hammer (3:37)
[Trance remix version, and it still has Hammer's command to "Break it down"]

Adrift [a.k.a. Cruising]
One Week - Bare Naked Ladies (2:49)
[Another spot-on selection]

The Flashback
Cluster One - Pink Floyd (5:58)
[Nice calm psychedelia--that I've never heard before. Appropriate for a "flashback," I suppose]

The Party [a.k.a. The Frat Party]
Gods of War - Def Leppard (6:37)
[Def Leppard? At a party? Who'd'a thunk it.]

The Dance Break [a.k.a. Everybody Dance Now]
Show Me the Way - Bad Boys Blue (3:55)
[Ah, early 90's Euro-dance. Except this one includes bad rap.]

Regrets [a.k.a. Regretting]
Only in my Dreams - Debbie Gibson (3:52)
[Ha ha.]

The Long Night [a.k.a. The Long Night Alone]
Don't Cha Stop - The Cars (3:05)
[That's certainly one way to spend a long night...]

A Death
Skin Diving - James (5:41)
[Never heard this one before, but it seems to fit somewhat: "Going down, I'm growing wings / Hope I can fly before I hit the ground ... Drifting down the water's cool / Let the weeds cover you"]

End Credits
Rio - Duran Duran (5:35)
[Doo doo doo doo doo-doo...]
